Zasady dotyczące zwrotów
According to the consumer rights bill dated 30 May 2014, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
The goods should be returned immediately within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal. We will refund your order within 14 days, too.
The contract is then not binding and the consumer is hold responsible for any damage done as a result of using the goods in a way beyond necessery to check the features or functions of the goods.
To cancel the contract you need to, within 14 days of receipt of the goods, make an applicable statement and send it to LASH ME UP, ul. Krechowiecka 3A, 05-230 Kobyłka, or contact us via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.

Withdrawal statement (this statement should be filled out and sent only if you widh to cancel your contract):
CONTRACT WITHDRAWAL STATEMNT
I [name and surname] hereby declare, that I wish to cancel my contract:
[names of goods]
order number [number]
Date of contract - [date]
Date of receipt of the goods - [date]
Name and surname: [consumer's name and surname]
Address: [consumer's address]
Date: [date of withdrawal]
I would like to inform that as a result of cancelling the contract, the contract is no longer binding and the sides are obliged to return the rendition in their original condition. With reference to that I apply for refund of the money paid by me [amount] PLN. Furthermore I would like to confirm that the purchased goods will be returned in their original condition within 14 days. Signature:
Consumer has the right to make complaints concerning their order contacting the company via e-mail at: email@example.com, or by post at the company address. Correctly filed complaint should include at least:
- consumer's name, surname, address and e-mail address,
- date of contract which is the basis for the complaint,
- the subject of the complaint with indication of the consumer's expected demand,
- explanation of the reason for the complaint.
If in the complaint some information is missing or needs further clarification, before accepting the complaint the seller will ask the consumer to complete this information.
The seller will process the complaint within 14 days of the receipt of the correct form of the complaint.
The reply to the complaint will be sent to the indicated by the cosnumer e-mail address or by traditional post.
Alternative Dispute Resolution. The consumer has the right to use Alternative Dispute Resolution before the Consumer Court (Stały Polubowny Sąd Konsumencki przy Wojewódzkim Inspektorze Inspekcji Handlowej w Warszawie). For more information please consult http://www.uokik.gov.pl.
